Payment is made in four key stages, each corresponding to a major milestone in the progress of the construction
This breakdown allows the investor to secure their commitment by releasing funds only as the work advances
Step 1 – Contract signing
30% of the price + 3% fees
This first payment allows the construction to begin (foundations, walls, structure) and covers the legal procedures (notary, lawyer, registration)

Step 2 – Completion of structural work

Step 3 – Finishes
25% of the price
