Is it suitable if I don’t speak Spanish ?
Yes. English is common in the tourism sector, and we provide you with the right contacts. There is also a large expat community in the country.
Can you live here year-round ?
Yes. Essential services are available locally : supermarkets, clinics, pharmacies, local artisans, gyms, and restaurants. High-speed internet is available and installed when you receive the keys. Electricity is backed up with a UPS and batteries, and each home has a water reserve with filtration for everyday use. A community of expats already lives on site. We provide our recommended contacts and reliable service providers for maintenance, gardening, and the pool.
Is it convenient for short stays ?
Yes. You arrive at Puerto Plata airport and then it’s about an hour and fifteen minutes’ drive. We can arrange a driver, and key handover is simple, even for late arrivals. Bed linen is ready, the house is equipped, and a welcome kit can be provided. If you prefer to be independent, car rental is easy at the airport or in town.

The area appeals to couples and families all year round. A clear listing with good photos, a simple description and quick replies to messages rents well. We provide an online posting guide, a listing template and a list of cleaning and maintenance providers. If you don’t want to manage it, our concierge service can handle stays and cleaning. You start off on the right foot from the very first rental.

30 years building living spaces
My name is Michel. For more than fifteen years, I lived and worked in the Dominican Republic.
When I arrived, there was often nothing: no road, no water, no electricity. Just a piece of land, an idea… and the sea in the distance.
It was under these conditions that I learned to design and build villas, houses, and hotels, from the very first sketch to the handover of the keys. Working in such a raw environment taught me to approach every project as a whole, with rigor and common sense.
As an architectural project designer, I imagine and create living spaces designed for their environment, their climate, and the people who will live in them.
As a civil engineer, I turn these ideas into solid, durable, and well-controlled constructions, from the first drawing to the delivery of the keys.
My profession is above all a profession of listening: understanding what you envision, what you expect from a place, and translating it into a coherent, harmonious, and technically reliable project. The flow of light, natural ventilation, the choice of materials, and their adaptation to the tropical climate are an integral part of every design.
Today, I put this experience at the service of turnkey projects. I support you at every stage, from design to construction, until the moment the door opens… and it feels like home.
